Elevator Integration
The Zena hospitality robot integrates wirelessly to elevators and doesn’t use unreliable arms or gadgets to push buttons outside or inside the elevator cabin. We have successfully integrated to elevators over hundreds of sites and across a multitude of elevator manufacturers.
Secure and Multi-Purpose
Zena has four independently secured compartments, allowing for secure delivery to as many destinations in a single run. The cabinet is made from metal rather than plastic and the locking doors are secured by solid metal posts and locking clamps. This ensures goods arrive securely and free of tampering. In addition, the four secured compartments of Zena can be easily combined to create two larger compartments to haul even larger goods. This versatility enables hotels to transport a wide range of items including supplies, and larger packages, with ease and efficiency.
Frictionless integration to guest
The Zena hospitality robot employs a simple user interface that allows virtually touchless access by a guest to their delivery. More importantly, guest notification of a delivery is done through the cellular networks and directly to the guest’s mobile device and therefore does not require any integration to the hotel’s phone system. When the delivery robot arrives, the guest receives a QR code and a pin code as a text message. To access their delivery, they simply scan the QR code or enter the pin code to unlock the appropriate compartments of the cabinet.
