Aethon Support and COVID-19

Awards recognize the exceptional use of autonomous mobile robot technology in healthcare

Information regarding COVID-19 and TUG Support

Dear Customers,

In accordance with the best available guidance from public health experts, we are allowing and encouraging employees from a number of our departments to work from home for the next 14 days. We feel this is an appropriate and effective measure to minimize potential transmission and to do our part for community health.

Additionally, for customer-facing personnel such as implementation staff, project managers along with all sales personnel, we have eliminated non-essential travel for at least the next 14 days for the same reasons cited above. Indeed, many of you have already reached out asking us to not visit your facilities for the next 2 weeks. Thus, these teams will continue to support you and your site from their remote locations. Essential travel to your site will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will require both your approval and the approval of our executive staff.

Our support center will continue to operate 24/7 and, as always, can be reached at 888-201-9522. We have modified their work environment to allow for effective social distancing to minimize the potential transmission of the virus. We plan to continue with any essential break-fix of robots in your fleet but appreciate your understanding if we experience some delays due to current conditions.

We hope that the TUG robots provide relief to your hospital staff during this challenging time and we hope for quick ending to this situation and the health and safety of all our personnel. If you have questions about cleaning your TUGs, please refer to this simple online guide.

Yours sincerely,

Peter Seiff
CEO
